Sets purchased between Jan. 1 2006 and April 1, 2006 are included in this safety notice.

Sets sold after April 1, 2006 have the corrected bolts in the packaging.

Bolts attaching the monkey bar swing to the fort structure may be defective and the heads of the bolt may break. A bag of 4 to 8 bolts, depending on your model, can be sent to the customer who has purchased one of these sets.
